The Championship Tennis Tours Rewards Program
Since 1987, our sole mission has been to make it easy for tennis fans to attend the world's greatest tennis tournaments with the finest tickets and accommodations, all while receiving incredible service. Over the years we've had the pleasure of serving thousands of incredible clients from every corner of the globe, many we hear from year in, year out. We launched our CTT Rewards program to make sure you always think of Championship Tennis Tours first when looking to book tckets or packages to any of the major tennis tournaments.
How it works
The program is composed of two parts:
1. You get 2% back on every purchase in the form of CTT Dollars that can be applied towards any future purchase on a 1 CTT Dollar to 1 USD basis. CTT Dollars can be applied to cover the subtotal on any future order, but don't cover CTT Service Fees or any Shipping Expenses. 2. You unlock additional perks as you attain different Client Levels. You'll have access to complimentary add-ons with each package you book depending on your client level, such as daily buffet breakfast, hotel room upgrades, meet and greet airport to hotel transfers, local city tours, invitation to VIP only events, and much more. When you're ready to use your CTT Dollars towards a new order, you'll see on the checkout page the amount of earned CTT Dollars available that you can apply. You can apply as many of your earned CTT Dollars to the new order that you have available. It’s that easy.Your CTT Dollars balance is available in your MyCTT account. CTT Dollars go from "pending" to "earned" after the tournament for which you originally placed the order has finished. Keep in mind, CTT Dollars that are earned or received in admin credit expire two years after becoming earned.
Client levels and their respective perks:
"T.B.D." (To be determined): After the event has ended, you will be assigned an updated Client Reward Status based on the dollar amount of your order.
"Valued Level": $1 to $4,999 in spending. Guests to the site who have yet to make a purchase are assisgned the level of "Future Star".

"Star Level": $5,000 to $9,999 in spending.

- Complimentary daily breakfast with any package purchased.
- Free room upgrade when available.
- Free guided half day city tour.

"VIP Level": $10,000 or more in spending.
Perks:
- Complimentary daily breakfast with any package purchased.
- Free room upgrade when available.
- Preferential tennis ticket allocation.
- Choice of complimentary half day city tour OR "meet and greet airport to hotel" transfer upon your arrival.
- Special VIP Only client events held during different tournaments.
